Shipping policy

To help our customers, we have answered some of the most common questions we get asked about delivery and shipping information.


How long will my order take to arrive?
All items are normally dispatched within 1 working day of the order being placed.


Orders placed before 3pm will be picked, packed and dispatched that day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). We currently partner with Royal Mail to fulfil most of our customer orders and each order is shipped via standard delivery. This means it may take 3 working days for your order to be delivered by Royal Mail once despatched. Next Day orders are delivered by DPD.


How much is delivery?
We offer free 1-3 working day delivery for all orders over £100 within UK Mainland*. For orders under £100 OR if you need your order urgently, the following shipping rates apply;


Standard (2-3 days) - £3.95

DPD Next Day* - £8.95

DPD Next Day (Pre-12)* - £12.95

DPD Saturday* - £14.95

 

If you require any other type of service or if you are unsure if we deliver to your location, please contact us prior to processing your order so we can confirm if the location is permitted and provide you with a quote for delivery.


Do you offer next day delivery?
If you need your order in a hurry, you can select our DPD Next Day Delivery* option during the checkout process.

Orders placed after 3pm will not be delivered Next Day - For example, if you order at 4pm on Wednesday, your order will be dispatched Thursday for delivery Friday.

If you place an order on Friday (before 3pm), your order will be delivered the next working day. If you need this urgently, we do offer a DPD Saturday Service - available at the checkout. 


What should I do if I have not yet received my order?
You may receive multiple deliveries for your order. This could be due to stock location in a different warehouse, or an item has been direct-shipped from the manufacturer.
Please note that in some circumstances orders may take slightly longer to dispatch, in some circumstances please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive. If we believe there is going to be a delay with your order, we will contact you before dispatching to confirm.


Once your order has been shipped you will automatically receive an email with tracking information. If more than 5 working days have passed and you have still not received your order, and we have not been in contact with you directly with an update, please get in touch with our team directly on 01772 287090, or email hello@110vlighting.co.uk with your order number and details.

Do you offer ‘Click & Collect’?
As some items may be shipped from another warehouse or direct-shipped from the manufacturer, Click and Collect is not available at this time.


Exclusions
*Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland are all 2-5 working day shipping as standard. Next Day delivery to these areas is a minimum of 2 working days. Length and weight restrictions may apply when delivering to these locations.
