Refund policy

We understand that sometimes you need to return your item as you have ordered the wrong thing or ordered too much.

If items are unwanted, they must be in a resalable condition, which includes sealed original packaging, including tags and must be unused and undamaged. All items will be inspected prior to issuing any refunds.

Please note that the return postage for an unwanted item is to be for paid by the customer. If you request a returns label from 110vlighting.co.uk the amount for the postage will be deducted from your refund amount. All returns must be preauthorised by 110vlighting.co.uk

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, so please retain your proof of postage, you may require it to make a claim with the courier if the returned parcel does not reach us.

In the unlikely event your item has a manufacturing fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we will arrange to replace the item swiftly or refund in full.

If the fault is after 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty will come into effect. We will contact the manufacturer (if the date of purchase is within 1 year), and they will arrange
collection/replacement/repair/refund of the product. We may need to pass on your details to them so they can deal with your query directly.

Please note this could take up to 2 weeks to receive the repaired item back.

Exclusions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as skincare, beauty and electrical products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
